Oil :- Oil your hair regularly if you have a dry scalp. Do not leave oil in your hair overnight. You are not going to gain anything but dirty pillow cases. The right method to a good oil massage is to warm up the oil - Olive, Coconut or any suitable oil - and massage into scalp with slight pressure and in a rotatory motion, revitalise the scalp with a good massage do not apply much pressure or you may break the skin. If your hair is damaged, dry and splitting then oil the hair as well, all the way from the roots to the tips.

Follow these golden rules for preventing your hair from damage
Modifying the Body: Tattoos and Piercings
Body modification in the form of tattooing and piercing is traditionally viewed with reserve in contemporary Western societies. Those with tattoos or piercings are seen as rebellious and defiant of social conventions. However, body adornment in other non-Western cultures plays an expressive role in the articulation of cultural and religious values. Ritual ceremonies involving body modification and ornamentation mark rites of passage, the calling of spirits and the enhancement of beauty (1).
Beauty Tip: Make those Freckles Go Away
I have so many friends who have this problem of getting freckles after coming back from sun bathing at their favourite destinations like cancun, bahamas etc. There is a simple solution to this problem. Take a few drops of undiluted lemon juice and rub it over unwanted freckles every night and in a few weeks they should start to fade.
Daily Hair Care Tips From Celebrity Hair Care Professionals
- Do NOT brush wet hair...it can cause damage in the long run. Use your fingers as much as possible and then use a wide-toothed comb.
- Daily washing with a good shampoo that suits your hair, keeps hair well groomed, while a well balanced cut, good conditioning and regular trimming helps it look smart as well.
- Find a shampoo that suits your hair...just because it works for someone else does not mean it will work for you!
