Three golden rules for healthy hair :
Oil :- Oil your hair regularly if you have a dry scalp. Do not leave oil in your hair overnight. You are not going to gain anything but dirty pillow cases. The right method to a good oil massage is to warm up the oil - Olive, Coconut or any suitable oil - and massage into scalp with slight pressure and in a rotatory motion, revitalise the scalp with a good massage do not apply much pressure or you may break the skin. If your hair is damaged, dry and splitting then oil the hair as well, all the way from the roots to the tips.

I have so many friends who have this problem of getting freckles after coming back from sun bathing at their favourite destinations like cancun, bahamas etc.  There is a simple solution to this problem. Take a few drops of undiluted lemon juice and rub it over unwanted freckles every night and in a few weeks they should start to fade.
